A Bridge from Disagreement to Resolution

The Clean Land Fund understands that agreeing on the goal -- reuse, restoration, redevelopment -- is the most important part of solving a Brownfield challenge. The Clean Land Fund has put together a team with experience in bridging differences and finding common ground.  Our inclusive approach involves stakeholders in each project at every level.

In difficult situations when disagreements seem more important than the final outcome, the Clean Land Fund understands how to achieve the best possible solution.  The Clean Land Fund helps refocus everyone on the goal and develops consensus so the best interests of the entire community are served.
