The Clean Land Fund provides technical assistance to state and local government; nonprofit organizations; and private entities by creating Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Plans and helping gain access to Brownfield funding programs.  We achieve the best possible redevelopment plans with full stakeholder participation and by establishing partnerships with these stakeholders.  As a nonprofit corporation, the Clean Land Fund has access to public and philanthropic funding sources to finance its Brownfield redevelopment projects.

Targeted Brownfields are Sites which a) are difficult for the private sector to develop due to marginal economic returns and/or unique environmental conditions and b) will provide public benefits when cleaned up and redeveloped.

The Clean Land Fund team is made up of the finest experts in the field of Brownfields Redevelopment.
